I can say that this is one of the best services I have gotten for my rug that's in great need of a clean. They picked it up right away and told me that they can actually restore its condition. I never really paid attention to it since it has been in my parents house for so long. We've had this rug for years with our family and these guys definitely made it look better and cleaned it well. Our living room never looked more amazing! They even delivered it back, so convenient. I would definitely use them again.
Nobody cleans a rug better than VIP. I sent in 4 big rugs and they finished the cleaning process under a week. I have never seen my rugs this clean since the day I bought them.

Wilder picked up my rugs the same day I called. He couldn't have been more pleasant or professional. The rugs were delivered back to me today, and they look better than they did when I bought them. The fringe has NEVER looked cleaner, ever. Such attention to detail. And they were so careful laying them back down again, making sure they were perfectly aligned. What a great family-owned-and-operated company.
These guys are phenomenal. I have a wool and silk rug that really needed a cleaning. They picked up my rug the same day I called and delivered it about a week later and it looked just like it did the day I bought it. The guys who picked up and delivered were so nice. Overall just a pleasure to deal with. I won't go to anyone else!
I can't say enough good things about the service provided by VIP. We have used them for cleaning and repair of both expensive and less valuable rugs and the cleaning quality is superb, no matter. Add to that their friendly professionalism and it is a winning combination. We had 6 rugs cleaned and two valuable oriental rugs repaired and are thrilled with the results. Wilder, Diego and Francisco are knowlegeable, professional, and fair. I have recommended them to friends who have been equally pleased beyond expectations.

Our ceiling collapsed while we were out of town and the wet Sheetrock and insulation sat on our rug for ten days. I feared it was totally ruined.
They came out and picked it up, cleaned it perfectly, and kept it there until our house was repaired and we were ready for it....then THEY delivered it!

Problem: Dog threw up on a silk LR rug. Problem solved: VIP Rug Cleaning picked up the large rug, moved the furniture, cleaned it and delivered what looks like a brand new rug!! The service was amazing. Francisco and Willy and Peter are so nice. And the price beat the competition by half!

Do Not go anywhere else! The staff and Service was impeccable! We had our rugs cleaned several times by other carpet cleaners. Not only did VIP do a great job, the rugs came back with stains removed that the last company said would not come out!

We started work on the house right after the new year and realized last minute we needed to get our r rugs cleaned. Found VIP through yelp's reviews, and were not disappointed!!!! They could pick up same day, clean and store our rugs until the work was done! When I called to have delivered back to the house they were prompt and extremely friendly. I highly recommend this company! Five stars!!!

This is a family owned & operated business with incredible service- I feel like they are part of my family after the amazing assistance they provided during a recent flood. One telephone call after a flood, and they came to my home immediately to remove the soaked rugs. My rugs would have been ruined if it had not been for VIP Oriental Rugs. Their prices are super reasonable too, with pick up and return delivery included.
They also have a fabulous selection of rugs for sale--- Francisco is so knowledgeable about the origin and history of antique rugs, and his prices are extremely competitive.
